Export Formats
PDF Export
Generate professional PDF reports directly from your browser using the print functionality.
What's Included:
- Complete analysis summary with severity breakdown
- All findings organized by analysis type
- Page-by-page issue details
- Visual annotations and highlights
- Manuscript metadata and timestamps
How to Export PDF:
- Open your analysis results
- Click the Export button in the toolbar
- Choose a check-visibility level (All checks, Flagged, or Needs review) — the dialog shows a live count of what each level includes
- Click Print...
- Select "Save as PDF" in your browser's print dialog
- Choose your save location
Microsoft Word Export
Download a fully formatted Word document (.docx) with all your analysis results, ready for editing, annotation, or inclusion in reports.
What's Included:
- Professional cover page with manuscript information
- Executive summary with key findings
- Detailed analysis sections by category
- Issue tables with severity indicators

How to Export Word:
- Open your analysis results
- Click the Export button in the toolbar
- Choose a check-visibility level (All checks, Flagged, or Needs review)
- Click Download as Word
- Wait for the document to generate
- The .docx file will download automatically
PowerPoint Export (Figures)
Export figure duplication analysis as a PowerPoint presentation with fully manipulable annotations—perfect for presentations, discussions, or detailed review.
What's Included:
- Individual slides for each analyzed figure
- All duplicate region annotations preserved
- Manipulable shapes and highlights
- Comparison views showing matched regions
- Editable annotations for your presentations
How to Export PowerPoint:
- Navigate to the figure analysis view
- Select a figure with detected issues
- Click Download PPTX button
- The .pptx file will download with all annotations
Export Scope Options
Exports use the same three check-visibility levels as the on-screen report, so what you export matches what you see:
All Checks
Include everything the system ran:
- All findings regardless of severity, including verified-clean results
- Complete analysis coverage

Best for:

Flagged
Focus on items that need attention:
- Red and amber findings only
- Actionable items requiring review
- Streamlined reports for quick review

Needs Review
The tightest view:
- Red findings only — the issues most likely to affect a decision
- Shortest document, fastest triage
Best for:
- Quick executive summaries
- Time-sensitive reviews
At every level, the report's check-summary table always shows the full counts across all severities (with a caption explaining the selected scope), and a report with zero red findings includes a clean banner stating so.

Analysis Summary
Every report begins with a summary showing:
