ReviewerZero and CTI Meeting Technology Partner to Bring Integrity to the Conference World

New partnership with CTI Meeting Technology will bring integrity screening and AI-assisted review directly into conference submission workflows, handling over 400,000 submissions annually.

We are excited to announce a strategic partnership between ReviewerZero and CTI Meeting Technology. For a long time, conference submissions have stayed in the dark when it comes to research integrity and AI review. Most of the attention has gone to journals, while conferences handle massive volumes of early-stage research with very limited screening.

That changes now.

CTI Meeting Technology, with offices in Chicago, Illinois and Vienna, Austria, supports 400+ conferences globally, handling over 400,000 submissions per year. Through this collaboration, CTI's flagship cOASIS platform will gain access to ReviewerZero's full analysis suite, bringing automated integrity checks and AI-assisted review directly into conference workflows at a global scale.

A Shared Vision for Trust

This partnership was driven by a mutual recognition that the speed of scientific dissemination cannot come at the cost of accuracy. We are grateful to the visionary CTI leadership for moving fast and thinking seriously about integrity at scale.

Our clients depend on us to keep their submission and review processes moving quickly, but also responsibly. ReviewerZero brings a level of clarity and confidence that fits perfectly with that mission. This partnership is about giving scientific committees the tools they need to trust what's coming through their pipelines—at the exact moment it matters most.

ReviewerZero's Key Integrity Checks for Conferences

Conferences utilizing the CTI cOASIS platform will now have access to our comprehensive suite of tools, tailored for the fast-paced abstract review process:

  • AI Review (Novelty & Logic): Our AI evaluates the abstract for scientific novelty and logical flow, helping authors and reviewers identify whether the research presents a new contribution or contains potential avenues for improvement.
  • AI Text and Image Detection, Hallucinated references: Identifies text and images suspected of being fully AI-generated. We also check references against known source records and highlight mismatches that deserve the attention of the conference organizers.
  • Web Usage Image Duplication: Performs a reverse-search analysis to detect if images included in the submission have appeared elsewhere on the web, preventing the reuse of figures from unrelated studies.
  • Statistical Checks: The AI extracts statistical claims from abstract text and tables, recalculating p-values to flag inconsistencies or impossible results instantly.
  • Author Checks: Verifies author identities and affiliations to ensure legitimate contribution and history.

Looking Ahead

We look forward to sharing more details as we roll out these capabilities to CTI's global client base. This collaboration marks a significant step in the "trust revolution," making sure that the very first stage of scientific sharing (the conference abstract) is as rigorous as the final journal publication.
